Must have the ability to quickly troubleshoot a wide variety of network-related issues, from basic workstation problems, to server installs.

 

Jobs includes travel to local (within 1 hour of Lansing) client sites.

 

Perhaps most importantly, we are seeking a specialist who has the technical skill-set, as well as the ability to communicate (in terms of troubleshooting and IT-related recommendations) with non-technical clientele.
